Our remanufactured product offering is coreless. Our extensive network of reliable core suppliers allows us to offer a coreless product offering for 95% of our remanufactured compressor SKUs. COOLGREEN customers do not have to bear the operational burden of handling cores and managing core banks. This is significant competitive advantage over our competitors.

The A/C compressor replacement market is hypercompetitive. The inundation of low-cost compressors into the North American market shrunk the price advantage remanufactured products historically enjoyed. As a result, there is no place for a remanufactured product line with questionable reliability. COOLGREEN customers have supreme confidence in the quality and reliability our remanufactured compressors. That customer confidence was earned by our category experience and expertise. We use only O.E. compressor cores, replace known wear problem component parts, and keep an extensive known failure database at the SKU level. That product expertise drove our decision to put a new compressor control valve in all COOLGREEN remanufactured compressors, regardless of how the old one tested.

Even the largest companies can’t make everything. CoolGreen is no different and we have a rigorous product validation process to ensure that if it comes in a CoolGreen package it will have the proper fit, form, and function.
For the products we don’t make or remanufacture, CoolGreen doesn’t just find the lowest cost part and hope it works out for our customers. We use our global network of quality suppliers, many of whom also supply OE and OES.
On-vehicle testing is just one of the product validation processes we use to ensure our customers get a quality part.
